He has been actively involved in all aspects of building systems including system analysis, system design, system commissioning and system operations. His extensive project experience includes commercial and institutional buildings, healthcare facilities, science and technology buildings, BSL-2/BSL-3 biological laboratories, Tier-2/Tier-3 Datacenters, pharmaceutical cleanrooms and light industrial projects.

Mr. Sharp has over 15 years of experiences in building industry. His experiences include building system design (Electrical and Fire Alarm systems), construction administration and project management. Projects he has designed include commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools and university/college campuses. His experiences in Electrical systems include lighting, power, emergency, normal and essential power systems. His experience in Fire Alarm systems include specification and designing fully addressable building central fire alarm system.

Mr. Scott has over 25 years of experiences in building plumbing and fire protection system. His experiences include building system design (plumbing and Fire Protection systems), construction administration and project management. Projects he has designed include commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, industrial buildings and university/college campuses. His experiences in Plumbing systems include medical gas system design, domestic cold/hot water system, waste and vent system, fuel supply system, storm water system and solar hot water system design.
